ASPHALT Labourer/Rakehand/Drivers with HR or MR Licence
WE HAVE TWO FACTORY LOCATIONS – PAKENHAM SOUTH AND LAVERTON NORTH with the majority of our work in Melbourne's inner and South Eastern suburbs.
Betta Asphalt is well-established asphalt company delivering high quality asphalt works across Melbourne, including major council contracts. Due to continued growth, we're looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our crew.
About the Role
This is a hands on, physically demanding role working with experienced asphalt crews on a variety of projects, including council footpaths, roads, car parks, driveways and commercial works.
You'll be involved in:
- Hand laying asphalt
- Raking and levelling asphalt
- Operating hand tools and compacting equipment
- Driving company trucks
- Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour all day
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well within a team
- Current MR or HR licence (preferred but not essential)
- White card (essential)
- Previous asphalt or civil construction experience is preferred,



but we're willing to train the right person.
- Roller/Paver/Bobcat or Profiler tickets (preferred but not essential)
- Flocon Operations experience (preferred but not essential)
