We're currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a series of high-end commercial fit-out projects across Sydney CBD.
This is an ongoing contract opportunity with a well-established commercial builder delivering premium office fit-outs and workplace refurbishments for blue-chip clients.
You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality and safety, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.
The Role
Manage high-end commercial office fit-out projects from site establishment through to handover.
Coordinate and supervise all trades and subcontractors.
Drive programme to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Maintain exceptional quality throughout the finishes stage.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily pre-starts.
Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, clients and building management.
Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.
About You




Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects.
Robust understanding of high-end finishes and quality expectations.
Ability to manage multiple trades within live commercial environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience using Procore, HammerTech or similar construction management software is highly regarded.
Available to commence immediately.
