This role will be to support and manage the team with labouring duties associated with general maintenance activities, to ensure the aged care home is always looking and operating at its very best.ResponsibilitiesWork as part of a dynamic team to provide reactive and planned preventative maintenanceWork to established best practice and maintain homes to the highest standardWorking in a busy team setting with no day the sameWorking alongside contractors where relevant, ensuring all work carried out to compliance requirementsCarrying out general maintenance and repairs; this may include patching & painting, replacing globes and all aspects of basic building maintenanceEnsuring all paperwork, documentation and system processes are adhered toPreferred AttributesPrevious experience in a maintenance role, aged care preferable but not necessaryStrong problem-solving abilities,
