This is a unique opportunity to step away from managing a single kitchen and instead work across a range of established pubs, restaurants and entertainment venues, leading teams, driving standards and helping venues succeed when they need it most.What You'll Be DoingLeading high‐performing kitchen teams across multiple venuesMaintaining exceptional food quality, consistency and presentationCoaching and developing chefs to build confident, capable teamsManaging food costs, labour and stock to achieve strong commercial resultsSupporting operational improvements and implementing best practiceEnsuring compliance with food safety and workplace health standardsWorking closely with the Executive Chef, Area Chef and venue management to achieve successWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Head Chef in a high‐volume venueStrong leadership and mentoring skillsExperience managing kitchen financials, including labour and food costsExcellent communication and organisational skillsA positive,
