Brighton Homes is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee inspections and defect reporting for recent homes across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
You will coordinate maintenance works, liaise with clients, and guide the approved trades and contractors to meet service standards.You will lead the maintenance team, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding works, while aligning with QBCC/NCC requirements.
This role requires travel and regular site visits from Loganholme.
