Claims range from straightforward motor matters through to complex property losses valued up to $5 million.You'll be responsible for:Managing claims end-to-end from lodgement through to settlementConducting investigations, policy interpretation and coverage analysisNegotiating settlements and applying policy exclusionsBuilding strong relationships with brokers, customers and external stakeholdersDelivering fair, efficient and customer‐focused outcomesWorking collaboratively across claims, underwriting and other internal teamsThis is a role for someone who enjoys critical thinking,
