medication reminders, and light household tasks Shopping assistance and running errands for clients Follow and implement individualised support plans Follow therapy plans and provide direct support and assistance to therapists.
Build strong, supportive relationships with clients Providing companionship, friendship and emotional supportWork collaboratively with the wider team and report changes in client's condition to management Engage in meaningful activities and support clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life Foster a protected, supportive, positive and respectful environment that enhances the well-being and independence of participants To be considered, you will need: Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent) And/or at least 1 year of experience in disability carer, nursing support worker, Personal care assistant role NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid and CPR Police Check (within the last 6 months)
