Life Without Barriers is seeking an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant (Female) to provide personalised home care to older Australians on the Mornington Peninsula.
You will travel between clients' homes to support multiple people each day.Shifts are casual, 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
You'll perform domestic help, personal care, and accompany clients to appointments, with travel reimbursements of $1.01 per KM.
