About the Role
As a Housekeeping team member, you'll help ensure every villa is presented to the highest possible standard before each guest arrives.




You'll enjoy working both independently and as part of our experienced housekeeping team, taking pride in creating immaculate spaces that exceed guest expectations.
Your duties will include
Cleaning and preparing luxury villas to an exceptionally high standardVacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishingCleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areasCleaning and disinfecting large spa baths and bathroom facilitiesCleaning windows, mirrors and glass surfacesReplenishing guest amenities and suppliesDisinfecting high-touch surfaces including switches, handles and remote controlsTidying reception and shared guest areas as requiredReporting maintenance issuesPaying close attention to every detail to ensure villas are spotless and beautifully presented
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Experience
Previous housekeeping, hotel or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
If you have the right attitude, reliability and attention to detail, we're happy to provide training.
Requirements
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)Valid Australian work rightsReliable transport to and from Hepburn Springs
Casual Pay Rates (Including 12% Super)
