Located in a quiet residential street off the Prince's Highway, the home is close to public transport, local shops and services.About the RoleEstia Health Oakleigh East has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) to join our team on a Fixed Term Part Time basis, working Afternoon/PM shifts.This is a 4-Month Fixed Term Part Time role.PM Shift | 15:*******:15 PMWeek 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and SundayWeek 2 – Monday, Friday, Saturday, and SundayA comfort to our residents – being a outstanding nurse is all about how you make people feel.
On a typical day, you'll:Provide clinical care to our residentsCreate comprehensive,



individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residentsEnsure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth StandardsProvide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident careYou'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home.
