Gateways Support Services – North Geelong VIC is seeking a Casual Therapeutic Residential Support Worker within our Child and Youth Services program in Geelong.
You will provide nurturing, child-centred care to children living in out-of-home care, in a therapeutic residential setting.Duties include trauma-informed care, establishing daily routines, helping children express emotions, implementing behaviour strategies, and collaborating with families to support care plans.
