You will have real ownership of your work and be able to see campaigns move from an initial idea through to launch and measurable results.About the roleYou will help plan and deliver digital marketing activity across multiple brands, products and markets.The role will support new product launches, national campaigns, retailer promotions, ecommerce activity and our growing presence in the United States.This is not purely a social media position.
You will be involved across the complete campaign process, including content creation, paid advertising, landing pages, email marketing, tracking and reporting.Your key responsibilities will include:Planning and delivering digital campaigns across paid media, social media, email and webManaging and optimising Google Ads and Meta campaigns, with TikTok used where appropriateCreating and coordinating contentWriting clear copy for social media, websites, landing pages,



emails and brochuresUpdating websites and building campaign landing pagesMonitoring performance through GA4 and advertising platformsSupporting product launches and retailer campaigns across Australian and United States marketsWhat we're looking forYou will suit this role if you are a capable digital marketer who enjoys being hands on and taking responsibility for getting work completed.You do not have to be an expert in every marketing platform.
We are looking for someone with strong digital foundations, good judgement and a willingness to continue learning.Ideally, you will have:At least a couple of years of hands‐on marketing experience, either in‐house or within an agencyPractical experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaignsA valuable understanding of campaign performance measuresStrong written communication and the ability to adapt content for different audiencesUseful, but not essentialExperience in any of the following would be viewed favourably:WordPress and WooCommerceMailchimp or similar email marketing platformsAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Premiere ProBasic photography, video editing or content productionSEO and ecommerce marketingB2B, construction, trade, hardware or retail marketingWhy join Roberts Designs?
