Respond to parts enquiries via email & phone; verify part numbers, specifications, pricing and vehicle applicability.Prepare quotations, process sales orders, track order status and communicate updates to customers.Coordinate with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, follow up replenishment for out-of-stock items and arrange delivery & local logistics.Maintain regular contact with existing customers, capture repeat business opportunities and follow up on aftersales issues including parts mismatch and warranty feedback.Compile regular sales data and reports; collect local market feedback, competitor information and customer demand trends.Support cross-team collaboration with sales, finance and technical teams; assist with local marketing activities.
