Your key responsibilities will include:Providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical protocolsConducting client assessments, developing care plans, and reviewing them as neededAdministering medications and treatments safely and accuratelyManaging wound care, catheter care, chronic disease monitoring, and post-hospital supportLeading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers as requiredLiaising with families, allied health professionals, and medical practitioners to ensure continuity of careDocumenting all care provided and observations in compliance with standardsResponding to changes in client condition with sound clinical judgement and timely escalationPromoting independence, dignity,
