Reporting to the Food & Beverage Events Manager,



you will be responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the conference and banquet operations; while ensuring a high level of guest and team satisfaction.You will form part of the Food & Beverage leadership team providing ongoing support,training and development toteam members.This is a dynamic role working and managing the Conference & Eventsoperations.Work closely with theFood & Beverage Events Manager, Director of Food & Beverage and Hotel Manager to support revenue initiatives and maintain cost controlsAssist in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members which a particular focus on ensuring we maintain brand standards and cultivate an upselling cultureMeet and greet all conference clients to ensure expectations are met.Prepare, manage and assist in facilitating event operational requirements.Prepare and manageteam members for a smooth operation,
