This is a hands on role that requires the right candidate to jump in and lead the team often within.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementSupervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory controlEnsure compliance with client-specific SOPs and SLAsMonitor workflow to meet productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipping targetsCoordinate with shipping lines to unload containers within scheduled timelineLiaise with approved suppliers for mechanical repairs/ servicing of equipmentLead, train, and motivate warehouse associatesAssign work, set performance expectations, and conduct performance evaluationsEnforce company policies, safety rules, and attendance standardsSupport onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing employeesInventory & Quality ControlOversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and auditsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesEnsure proper handling, storage, and labelling of productsMaintain high picking and packing accuracy ratesSafety & CompliancePromote a safe work workplace and ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followedConduct safety meetings, inspections,



and incident investigationsEnsure proper use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, Internal Docks and RF scannersSystems & ReportingUtilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technology to track inventory and ordersGenerate daily productivity, inventory, and performance reportsCommunicate operational updates and issues to managementIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and cost controlAssist in implementing new clients, processes, or technologiesQualificationsRequired2–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably in a 3PL environment1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experienceStrong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory controlExperience with WMS and RF scanning systemsMS OfficePreferredExperience managing multiple clients or accountsKnowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programsLeadership and team-building skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsClear verbal and written communicationAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
