The maintenance team is experienced, well-resourced, and supported by a structured CMMS setting.About the role Join the permanent night shift maintenance team (10:00 pm – 6:30 am) as the site's dedicated Maintenance Electrician.
Maintain and repair automated production and packaging equipment, working closely with the Production team to minimise downtime and support site reliability.
This is a hands‐on, autonomous role suited to an experienced industrial electrician who thrives in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.DutiesConduct electrical breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance across production equipmentFault‐find and repair automation systems including PLCs, VSDs, motors, sensors and control systemsComplete scheduled PM tasks and work orders via Upkeep CMMSInterpret technical drawings,



manuals and electrical documentationCollaborate with Production to minimise downtime and support site reliabilitySkills & experienceCurrent Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence (essential)Full‐time work rights in Australia (essential)Strong industrial or manufacturing maintenance backgroundProven experience with PLCs, VSDs, LOTO and automated production equipmentEWP, forklift licence and working at heights experience highly regardedCulturePeople enjoy working in this team because the work is technically challenging and genuinely matters — every shift keeps production running for a globally recognised food brand.
