This role offers flexibility, autonomy and the support of our experienced, multidisciplinary team.As aRehabilitation Consultantat IPAR, you will have exposure to a wide range of schemes including Workers Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans' Affairs and employer‐funded programs.




You will deliver occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a variety of physical and psychological conditions, helping them achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.

Tertiary qualifications inPsychology or Rehabilitation CounsellingGeneral or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); orEligibility forAssociate or Full membershipwith Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC);Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;Fabulous communication skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders!
