Proven experience leading clinical teams in residential aged care (2+ years minimum)
Strong background in clinical governance, compliance, and quality systems
Confidence managing risk, audits, and operational standards
Ability to lead and develop teams at a senior level
A pragmatic, outcome-focused leadership style
Commitment to maintaining high standards of resident care
Requirements
Full Australian working rights
Current AHPRA registration (or equivalent)
Demonstrated leadership experience in residential aged care
Strong track record managing clinical teams and service delivery
