Job Overview
Traffic Radius is looking for a client-focused Account Manager with strong expertise across Web, SEM (Google Ads), SEO, and Performance Marketing.
This role requires managing end-to-end client accounts, driving measurable results, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and clients.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, hands-on performance marketing knowledge, and strong client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client objectives, KPIs, and business challenges
Manage multiple accounts while ensuring performance, timelines, and deliverables
Lead regular client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions
Build long‐term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
Performance Marketing (SEM & Paid Media)
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)




Manage and review Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) performance
Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPA, and lead quality
Work closely with creative and tech teams on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
Identify scaling opportunities and performance improvements
SEO & Web
Oversee on‐page, off‐page, and technical SEO activities
Coordinate keyword research, content strategy, and link‐building efforts
Work with web teams on website updates, landing pages, and SEO implementation
Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, pixels, and conversion events
Reporting & Insights
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Use tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
Strong hands‐on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Data‐driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a quick‐paced agency environment
Good to Have
Knowledge of eCommerce & lead generation funnels
Understanding of CRO and attribution models
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify
