As Rauland continues to scale, the strength of our revenue governance and cash discipline becomes increasingly critical.
We are seeking a Revenue Accountant to take end-to-end ownership of revenue recognition, billing performance and receivables oversight.
Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, you will lead our Accounts Receivable function and play a key role in protecting cash flow, strengthening controls and supporting sustainable growth.

What You'll Be Accountable For:
Revenue Governance & Recognition
Ensure accurate revenue recognition across SMA and project-based contractsMaintain WIP integrity and ensure disciplined movement to revenueStrengthen billing structures, pricing controls and system accuracySafeguard compliance with accounting standards and contractual obligationsLead and oversee accounts receivable performanceMonitor aged debt and proactively manage collection risksEscalate issues impacting cash flow and protect revenue outcomesLead, guide and develop the Accounts Receivable OfficerManage and resolve billing disputes constructively and professionally
Credit Risk & Financial Control
Conduct and oversee credit assessments and limit managementApply disciplined judgement in account holds and releasesProtect the business through strong governance and financial controls
Reporting & Commercial Insight
Prepare and review revenue, WIP and AR reportingProvide clear visibility to leadership on revenue trends,
risks and cash performanceContribute to strengthening systems, controls and process efficiency
What Will Make You Stand Out
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related disciplineCA or CPA qualification (highly regarded)Proven experience managing revenue recognition in contract or project-based environmentsStrong exposure to WIP management and receivables oversightDemonstrated experience leading or mentoring an AR team memberERP experience (SAP or similar) and solid Excel capabilityCommercially aware with strong cash flow disciplineConfident communicator who can manage stakeholders and hold firm when requiredDetail-driven, structured and comfortable operating in a growing environmentExperience in Healthcare or Technology sectors is advantageous, but not essential.
