This senior leadership role will see you take ownership of the Victorian operation, leading a team of 20 employees while driving operational performance, financial outcomes, customer satisfaction and team engagement.

You will directly lead key operational leaders including the Construction Manager, Estimating Manager and Administration Team Leader, while providing strategic direction and support across the wider team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all Victorian operations to achieve business objectives and growth targetsDrive operational performance, productivity and profitability across the stateBuild, mentor and develop a high-performing team cultureEnsure KPIs are achieved across all departments and functionsHold team members accountable through effective leadership, coaching and performance managementOversee project delivery, estimating, resource planning and operational workflowsMonitor financial performance, budgets and reporting requirementsFoster solid relationships with clients,
