We would love to see you in the office 1-2 day per week, but we are completely negotiable.What does the role involve?
Use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and Fasttrack to conduct searches for suitable candidatesShortlist and screen candidates via phone and onlineAnalyse and identify certain key selection criteria and conduct searches based on requirementsPrepare candidate profile reports for client perusalAdd candidates to the database ensuring accurate and relevant documentation is attachedRetrieve registration, pre-employment paperwork and ensure compliance is adhered toOrganising interviews, inductions and preparing and posting job advertisementsLiaising with clients both face to face and via phone and emailWhat do you need?
Ideally you will possess previous recruitment experience either internal or agencyReside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Braeside office, as you'll regularly visit clients throughout the south-eastern suburbs.Knowledge of Fasttrack system, LinkedIn and Seek Talent search highly advantageousA can-do attitude and eagerness towards taking on new tasksExperience using Microsoft suite and excellent computer literacyStrong organisation skills and attention to detail a must What next?
