Reporting to the Team Leader and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:Take a family-centred approach, building partnerships with Learning for Life familiesConnect with partner schools in the community to support referral to the Learning for Life ProgramComplete administrative tasks and data entry to help plan your day and focus your effortsEngage with community organisations, linking families to services, information and supportContribute as valued member of a local Learning for Life Team, and collaborate with the broader organisationFocus on personal and professional growth including on-the-job skill development and regular coaching with your leaderAbout youAs well as passion for community, you will bring the following:Experience building strong relationships with families and community stakeholdersEffective interpersonal and communication skillsCapability to work autonomously; organising your own day,
