The business is now investing heavily in people, capability, and scale- with a clear strategy to rebuild and rapidly grow their local presence.This is a high-impact role suited to a senior engineer who enjoys delivering end-to-end projects, shaping technical environments, and contributing to a more proactive, automated service model.You'll play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure and cloud projects across a diverse client base, while also acting as a senior escalation point and mentor within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead deployments across networking, cloud, and modern workplace technologiesOwn technical outcomes- ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standardAct as an escalation point for complex technical issues and major incidentsDrive continuous improvement across automation, monitoring, and process optimisationCollaborate with Project Managers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver solid client outcomesMentor and uplift capability across L1-L3 engineersTechnical EnvironmentStrong emphasis on networking with solid cloud and server capability, including:Networking: Fortinet (FortiGate / FortiStack), Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti (Unifi)Microsoft Stack: Azure, M365, Exchange, SharePointExposure to modern infrastructure, security frameworks, and hybrid cloud environmentsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience delivering infrastructure or cloud projects within an MSP or enterprise environmentStrong Fortinet and networking capability (highly regarded)Deep experience across Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, identity,
