Office and warehouse located in the northern suburbs.
As a key Customer Service representative you will be an integral point of contact for sales reps, on premise, retail, online and private customers.
You will be the first point of call for all customer and stock queries in the organisation.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing the Customer Services IN box, including responding to customer queries and requestsProcessing orders and assisting logistics staff with monitoring delivery confirmationsGeneral administration duties including daily receptionSupporting Sales Executives with scope of workSupporting Senior Management within the business unit as requiredAssist Warehouse Staff with stock controlSales and debtor reportingOTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assisting with managing and ordering supplies for all regions (VIC,



NSW and QLD).
Assisting with coordinating annual events including trade shows, yearly public warehouse salesAssist Accounts ReceivableBanking and receipt allocationAssist with processing online ordersAssist with maintaining accurateproduct details on B2C websiteOther Administrative duties as requiredWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)Strong communications skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation – a team playerAn aptitude for problem-solvingThe ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, with a 'can-do' attitudeProficiency in Microsoft ExcelIdeally, experience working with inventory and accounting systems (Fishbowl/Reckon)Previous customer service experience preferredExperience with Shopify e-commerce platform an advantageJOB BENEFITSA friendly, positive and respectful workplaceAn annual wine allowanceParking availableGreat supportive team culture
