TLR is a 40 seat, Modern SE Asian restaurant in the heart of Aldinga, tucked between the ocean and the McLaren Vale wine region.
TLR has been built on a reputation of high quality food in a fast paced environment.
We are now looking for another salaried chef to join our established team.
Experience in modern cooking is essential, with experience in fine dining also an advantage.
This role has the potential for career progression with salary increases.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following key attributes;
Ability to work in a small, fast-paced kitchenA current resident of Australia with unrestricted rights to work
Other helpful skill sets;
Strong knife skillsExperience in breaking down whole proteinsAn understanding of Asian ingredientsOrganised and meticulousExperience in cooking with charcoalAble to create and tailor dishes
