The Role
This role will best suit a carpenter/cabinet maker/landscaper wanting a change in direction and experience working on high end projects.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support our installation team.
You'll play an essential role assisting with site measuring, site preparation and problem solving to help deliver outstanding glass fencing and balustrade installations.
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites
Assist installers with carrying and positioning glass panels, balustrades, and fencing components
Work independently to complete projects from site preparation to final finish
Interpret site plans and ensure accurate positioning of glass panels and components
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Support the installation team with general labour duties as required
What We're Looking For
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks consistently
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions on site
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction
Willingness to travel daily from Mooroolbark to sites across Melbourne
Previous experience installing frameless glass pool fencing and/or balustrades
Hold a current driver's licence
