Please state your preference when applying:Outbound Team Leader: 5:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Monday to Friday)Inbound Team Leader: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise & Lead: Manage a small team of Storepeople on the floor, providing direction and training.Daily Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch functions for your area.Safety First:



Drive 100% commitment to safety, compliance, and keeping a clean, organized DC.Hit Targets: Work closely with management to ensure the team meets client specifications and KPIs.What We Are Looking ForCurrent LF Forklift Licence is strictly mandatory.Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or senior storeperson role.Strong communication skills to motivate a team and drive performance standards.Solid understanding of safety regulations and warehouse workflows (DG experience is a plus).
