The venue provides an outdoor deck to watch weekly football games, an indoor function space and a bar open 7 days a week.The Far Post is looking for a hands‐on Bar and Event Supervisor to elevate our member experience.
This role blends operational supervision, event execution, and team leadership in a relaxing and welcoming environment.What You Will Do:Lead:Direct, train, and motivate a small, dedicated front‐of‐house team.Bar Operations:Oversees inventory management, including precise ordering and routine stocktakes.Manage weekly rosters, authorise timesheets and produce square reporting.Create Events:Set up,



run, and oversee club functions and member events.Ensure Excellence:Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere.What We Are Looking For:Proven experience in a bar, club, or hospitality role.Strong organisational skills to handle stock control and event logistics.A positive, motivating leadership style that brings out the best in the team.Flexibility to work rosters across our core hours.Weekend availability is essential.Applications close - Monday 17th August ****This role is paid on an hourly basis in accordance with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award.
