In this role, you will support efforts to ensure our donors are informed, connected,



and ready to donate should they be identified as a match for a patient.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering sector-leading engagement and stewardship.
You will help create meaningful experiences that make our register community feel valued and supported, nurturing relationships from joining the register through to long‐term commitment and advocacy.
Through your work, you will help build a community of donors who are ready and motivated to save lives when needed.You Will NeedGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Experience of data analysis and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work to deadlines.Valuable personal relationship and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrable organisational skills in a similar role and ability to prioritise during busy periods.What's in it for you?
