About the Role




As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve enquiries, provide information and deliver outstanding service experiences.
No two days are the same.
You'll be:
Assisting customers via phone, email and chatListening carefully to customer needs and finding solutionsManaging customer records accuratelyHelping customers access services and digital channelsResolving complaints and enquiries with empathy and professionalismWorking collaboratively with your team to achieve service goalsOnsite position, based on Edward Street right near Central Station
