From luxury weddings and corporate conferences to private parties and brand activations, no two days are ever the same.We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable Operations Crew who love working in a quick-paced environment and take pride in bringing incredible events to life.What you'll be doingSetting up and packing down all event furniture, marquees and stylingSupporting management ensuring seasonal infill is planned, approved and implementedInventory managementWorking with the management team to ensure the White Top Warehouse operates safely and efficientlyLoading and unloading event equipmentInstalling event hire itemsTransporting equipment utes/trucksAssisting our event managers on-siteMaintaining and organising our warehouseEnsuring every event is delivered to the highest standardWorking as part of a supportive,



energetic teamAbout youWe're looking for someone who is:Reliable, punctual and hardworkingPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingPositive, proactive and enjoys working in a teamHappy to travel to event locations across Victoria and InterstateAble to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights and weekendsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsA current driver's licence (Must have)Bonus points if you haveAn MR or HR truck licence (highly regarded but not essential)A forklift licence (not essential)Experience in events, logistics, hospitality or warehouse operationsWhat we offerA fun, supportive and down-to-earth team cultureVariety - every week is differentOpportunities to work on premium weddings, corporate events and private partiesOngoing training and developmentSolid and consistent hours
