Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Cafe Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy cafe located in the heart of the Perth CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering excellent customer service, and keeping a fast-paced cafe running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, reliable, and able to create a positive experience for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe
Lead, train, support and motivate cafe staff
Prepare staff rosters and manage daily staffing requirements
Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
Monitor stock levels, place orders and manage supplier relationships
Oversee food safety, cleanliness,



hygiene and compliance requirements
Manage cash handling, POS procedures and end-of-day processes
Assist with menu displays, promotions and presentation of the cafe
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Support cost control, wastage reduction and efficient cafe operations
Work closely with the owners/management team to improve systems, service and overall performance
