About The Role
We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne's South East.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic and community environments.

You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseloadConduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support PlansSupport participants,



families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategiesWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and PhysiotherapistsManage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settingsParticipate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities
