We are partnering with a highly regarded builder to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a landmark $100M+ high rise residential development on the Gold Coast.
This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a major build with a well established contractor that has strong developer relationships, a secured pipeline and the capability to deliver complex, high-quality projects.
For a Site Manager with proven high rise or large scale construction experience, this offers the combination that is becoming increasingly difficult to find: a major project, strong salary, autonomy on site and genuine work beyond the current build.

The Role
Drive programme, sequencing and site productivity
Manage subcontractors and trades across the build
Maintain high standards across safety,



quality and delivery
Identify programme risks and resolve site issues early
Work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team
Lead, mentor and coordinate the wider site team
Ensure key milestones are achieved without compromising quality
About You
We're interested in speaking with experienced Site Managers who have delivered complex multi-storey construction projects.
Experience delivering projects valued at $40M+
High-rise residential, mixed-use or large-scale commercial experience
Strong structural and construction methodology knowledge
Proven ability to drive programme and subcontractor performance
Experience managing large site teams and multiple trade packages
Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance
A calm, accountable leadership style and the ability to make decisions on site
A trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction Management is highly regarded.
You don't necessarily need to have spent your entire career in residential.
Strong Site Managers from major commercial or mixed-use projects will also be considered.
