At Geelong Coast Electrical, we're growing and looking for an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our close-knit team.
We're a locally owned and operated business specialising in solar, battery storage and residential electrical work, with around 95% of our projects in the renewable energy sector.
Every day brings something different, with work taking us across the beautiful Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast.

About the Role
This is a full-time position working across a variety of residential and light commercial projects.
You'll work alongside an experienced, supportive team where quality workmanship, customer service and safety are at the heart of everything we do.
As you settle into the role, you'll have the prospect to take ownership of jobs, lead apprentices and become a key member of our growing business.
Your day-to-day will include:
Installation and commissioning of residential and commercial solar & battery systems
General electrical installations and maintenance
Running jobs from start to finish
Leading and mentoring apprentices
Diagnosing and repairing electrical and solar system faults
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Delivering exceptional customer service
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work,



communicates well with customers and enjoys being part of a team.
Essential:
Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
Current Driver's Licence
White Card
Experience in residential electrical work
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus Points (Not Essential)
Don't have solar experience?
No worries—we're happy to provide training for the right person.
Experience or qualifications in any of the following would be an advantage:
Solar PV installation
Battery storage systems
Clean Energy Council Solar Accreditation
Clean Energy Council Battery Accreditation
