This role involves building and coaching a high-performing sales organization while collaborating with product and marketing teams to execute complex, strategic deals across the region.Key factsLocation: Sydney or Singapore Engagement: Full-time Team: Billing SalesWhat you'll doRecruit, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives covering Singapore, AUNZ, SE Asia, and Japan.Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in partnership with Finance, Product, and Marketing departments.Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the team meets revenue, attach rate, and client acquisition targets.Lead high-stakes negotiations and build executive-level relationships with key customers.Provide coaching on consultative sales techniques throughout the entire deal lifecycle.Analyze campaign performance and operational metrics to refine sales processes and improve customer engagement.Requirements15+ years of experience in technology sales,



including at least 5 years in a people management role.5+ years of domain expertise in billing, payments, tax, or related SaaS sectors.Proven track record of leading sales and operations within high-growth, early-stage technology companies.Demonstrated ability to build, train, and scale high-performance sales teams.Experience fostering relationships with strategic clients and industry leaders.Nice to havePrior experience specifically within Finance, Billing, or Tax software.Background in growth-stage software or internet companies.Experience in enterprise-level sales, business development, or partnerships.Skills & toolsStrategic planning and go-to-market executionEnterprise sales leadershipSaaS product salesPerformance management and team coachingCross-functional collaboration with Product and Marketing teamsPractical notesThis role requires a focus on the APAC market, specifically targeting the $100B chance in order-to-cash automation.
