Responsibilities
Manage subcontractor and relevant stakeholders Coordinate deliveries and suppliers Enforce and drive OH&S; measures and procedures Resolve any disputes that may arise on site Ensure the project is being delivered to program Experience required Proven Site Manager experience delivering Commercial projects for Tier 1-3 headcontractor Industrial project experience heavily favorable Proficient with Procore and Aconex software ideal Solid interpersonal and communication skills CompanyThis business is the construction arm of an International Project Management consultancy and is responsible for employing just shy of 50 staff and delivering Industrial, Health, Pharma, Lab and Education projects spanning up to $20M.
