We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Estimator to join our energetic team.

The Role: As an Estimator, you will be an integral part of our successful team, managing the procurement and delivery of multiple detached dwellings.
You will work closely with the Site Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the procurement and delivery of multiple detached dwellings
· Source new trades and suppliers as required
· Complete detailed quantity take-offs and produce purchase orders for trades and suppliers
· Complete sales estimates and assist with variation/upgrade pricing
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services
· Liaise with supervisors, suppliers, tradespeople, agents, and contractors




Experience & Skills Required:
· Previous experience as an estimator in the construction industry
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
· Technical knowledge of the building process
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Volume building experience preferred
· Strong computer skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with Sage Estimating preferred but not essential
