Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking motivated Registered Nurses (Community Health) to join the Community Nursing team based in Lake Cargelligo, outreaching to places from Carrathool, Bland and parts of Lachlan Shire.
With opportunities available on a casual and part-time basis.
As the Registered Nurse, you will:Provide comprehensive,
coordinated and person-centred nursing care to individuals and families within their homes and community settings.
Provide a client goal focused service to empower them to achieve their health goalsDelivering a broad range of services including chronic disease management, wound and catheter care, palliative care, health prevention, health promotion and carer support.
Post acute services such as CVAD management, VAC management, Chemotherapy disconnections, drain managementYou will work collaboratively with consumers, carers, General Practitioners and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal health outcomes.
