About the Role
We have an chance for a hands-on and reliable person to join our team in a dual-function role as a Stores & Maintenance Attendant.
This position supports the smooth running of both venues by assisting with:
Stores receiving, deliveries, and stock movement (loading dock operations)
Day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and presentation tasks across the Club
You will work under guidance and supervision, and you'll play a key role in ensuring our venues are safe, functional, well-presented, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Stores / Loading Dock Support
Receive deliveries and accurately check goods against purchase orders / invoices
Coordinate arriving delivery drivers and liaise with suppliers if goods are missing, damaged, or unsatisfactory
Maintain the security, cleanliness, and orderly storage of stock and deliveries in loading dock and ancillary areas




Support stock movement and general stores tasks to help the Club operate smoothly and efficiently
Maintenance & Venue Presentation
Undertake general repairs and preventative maintenance, as directed
Assist with painting, patching, minor improvements, and small refurbishment tasks
Respond promptly to maintenance issues and breakdowns; escalate and report issues as required
Assist with routine checks of facilities and equipment; identify faults early to prevent failures
Support event set ups/pack downs and movement of equipment and furniture when required
Work Health & Safety (WHS)
Follow safe work practices and WHS procedures at all times
Operate tools and equipment safely and correctly as required
Identify, report, and help control hazards, incidents, and near misses in the required timeframe
About You
You will bring:
A proactive, can-do attitude
Strong WHS awareness and safety-first mindset
Good communication skills and professional presentation
Physical capability to undertake manual tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, climbing)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Current Driver Licence
Trade qualifications (desirable but not essential)
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
