We're looking for team members who embody our values of hope, compassion, justice and respect, and who are passionate about making a meaningful difference every day.As an Acquired Injury Support Worker, you will provide direct support that meets each client's individual needs, helping them build skills, work towards their goals, and live a full and independent life.This role is casual and workers must be willing and available to work a variety of shifts over a 24-hour period if required.

To join our team you must have the following:Australian Residency status or valid Australian working rightsA Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability), or currently working towards one.Experience in the Disability IndustryA current provisional or full Australian Driver Licence and an insured, reliable motor vehicleA current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People registrationA National Police Check (Working with vulnerable peoples)A reliable vehicleSuccessful applicants are required to have an Anglicare Tasmania assessed medical before commencement.
