12+ months paid domestic/home cleaning experience and real pride in your work.
Full, unrestricted, ongoing work rights in Australia.
We invest heavily in training and are building a team for the years ahead, so we're unable to consider applicants who are only here for the short term.
Fluent, confident English (spoken and written) - you'll communicate directly with clients and other team members and work from detailed written job notes.
Your own reliable car + valid driver's licence (non-negotiable - you need permanent access to your vehicle), plus a smartphone with internet.
Available the same 2-3 full days every week, ongoing ****** hrs) - and looking for a role you can settle into for years, not months.
The role
Detailed, thorough regular home cleans for lovely long-term clients who treat you with respect.
Usually in pairs; sometimes solo once fully trained using our all-natural, eco-friendly products.
Mainly South of the River (Fremantle, Applecross and surrounds), with some days in the beautiful Western Suburbs (Nedlands, Cottesloe, City Beach, Wembley, Peppermint Grove).
Happy to cover occasional NOR runs too?

Shifts rostered between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30/5pm.
No evenings, no weekends, no split shifts - ever.
It's active, physical work - you'll be on your feet and moving all day.
Our team love that (some say it beats the gym).
What we offer from day one
$*****/hr casual rate under the WA Cleaning Award + 12% super + allowances
All travel time between jobs paid, plus a travel allowance on top
Regular weekly hours with a clear pathway to permanent part time and/or a Team Lead position if desired
Performance bonuses + referral bonuses
Full training, ongoing support, and all eco-friendly products and equipment supplied
Twice-yearly team catch-ups and a genuinely inclusive, drama-free crew
