Randstad Australia is recruiting Call Centre Agents to join the Windsor area team supporting the national 000 emergency hotline.
This high-impact role requires calm, empathetic communication and the ability to triage and connect callers to Emergency Service Organisations across Australia.You'll work a 24/7 roster with a minimum of 3 shifts per week, receive 3 weeks of training, and benefit from competitive hourly pay, 12% superannuation, and shift penalties for unsocial hours.
