About The Role
The Learning and Teaching directorate is responsible for the coordination and leadership of contemporary and contextualised learning design guidance and practice to improve the capability of teachers to design meaningful and challenging learning in their local context.
Role
The Program Leader, Partnerships, Research and Innovation fulfills a complex and demanding leadership role and contributes to the building of a strong team culture by modelling proactive cooperative and co-design processes to:
Influence system-wide learning and assessment design capability and culture Amplify educator and student agency across the system.
The Program Leader – Partnerships, Research and Innovation is responsible for contributing to the strategic leadership of the directorate, providing advice and guidance to relevant areas of policy, ensuring effective collaboration with the directorate's Resource Development Team and the Curriculum, Pedagogy and Assessment Partners R-6 and 7-12, to ensure that evidence based pedagogical research is translated into the SA context and is consistent within all system priorities and initiatives.
Qualifications
Essential:
A tertiary qualification in including post-graduate qualifications in an appropriate discipline desirable or relevant experience.
Current teacher registration.
Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
S***** $165,103 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%)

Additional Note
