Your focus will be on delivering outstanding member and guest experiences whilst ensuring a high level of service and sales standards.




You'll collaborate closely with your team to achieve membership growth and elevate our club's performance.Member ExperienceWelcoming members at all touchpoints, ensuring a positive guest and member experienceHandling inquiries, complaints and feedback professionallyFostering engagement through personalized interactionsMaintain and follow club rules and policies diligentlySupport key services like Rest and Recovery, Personal Training, and Group FitnessTeamworkCollaborate with team membersCommit to training compliance and on-going learning and developmentEnsure compliance with operation systems and proceduresEngage with potential members to understand their fitness goalsFollow through on execution of SMART plansFocus on member generation, guest conversions, retention and referralsWhy join the Crunch fam?
