and operational outcomesEnsuring compliance with Australian Standards, legislation, and company policiesDriving continuous improvement across operational systems and processesBuilding and maintaining strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationshipsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:A-Grade Electrical Licence or equivalent industry experience3–5 years' experience in an electrical operations or management roleStrong knowledge of Australian Standards and compliance requirementsProven leadership experience managing technical teamsExcellent organisational, planning, and communication skillsStrong commercial awareness with the ability to monitor project performanceA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceWhat's in it for You?
