You'll need:Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation and valuation experience in the current marketA passion for property and actively shares local property knowledgeStrong written, verbal, and virtual communication skillsDemonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamicCapability and mindset to use a market leading valuation platform with continued innovation progressing every dayDemonstrated desire for ongoing improvementStrong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.Excellent deadline and time management skillsPrevious experience in commercial valuations with knowledge of methodologies, drivers and report writingThe ability to work as part of a agile, self-motivated teamMust have and continue to have a valid driver's licenceA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
