We have a need for a mainstream GP to join our vibrant, integrative practice to support patients with general health concerns, acute presentations, chronic disease management plans, mental health care plans, and other routine general practice patient presentations.About NIIMBased in Hawthorn, NIIM Clinic is a large integrative medical clinic, combining general practice with wellness-focused therapies including naturopathy, mentalhealthand allied health support.
We provide integrative care forthousands of patients each year,with a strong focus on preventive health, holisticwellbeingandchronic disease management.NIIM also offers patients a range of therapies including IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, hyperthermia, and has a comprehensive herbal dispensary on-site.

team‐oriented cultureAutonomy and clinical freedom, supported by best‐practice systemsThe RoleAs a VR GP working at NIIM, you will support patients with general health concerns, family care, acute presentations, chronic disease management plans, mental health care plans, and other routine general practice patient presentations.You may also support patientsrequiringGP review before accessing selected NIIMservicessuch as IV infusions or Hyperbaric OxygenTherapy, andrefer internally to other NIIM doctors or practitioners where further support isrequiredfor chronic,complex health concerns.At NIIM, you will be part of a broader healthcare environment that includes Integrative General Practitioners, Allied Health practitioners,nursesand complementary therapies.This role presents an opportunity for you to be exposed toIntegrativeMedicine andintegrative treatment modalities, with ample cooperative and educational opportunities.Key responsibilities include:Delivering general practice care in an integrative practice settingCollaborate with Integrative GPs, allied health and complementary providersMaintain accurate, confidential clinical documentationParticipate in audits, accreditation, CPD and quality improvement activitiesUphold professional standards, ethical conduct, and clinic valuesYou must have:Full VR – AHPRA registration – with the ability to work unsupervisedFRACGP or ACRRM or equivalent, or are on the vocational registerHold, or be eligible to hold, a Medicare Provider Number for A1 Medicate rebatesABN & professional indemnity insuranceLocation freedom and Australian work rightsInterest or experience in integrative medicineIf you are committed to delivering safe, inclusive care and take an empathetic, patient‐focused approach, apply now and join a practice that values holistic healthcare, professional development and flexible work life balance.
